spacious room helpful staff
i appreciated the spaciousness of the beautiful king room... it allowed for comfortable movement. the staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations when asked, a thoughtful touch.

Really good Stay Experience
easy access public transportation modern games room rooftop terrace
The location provided easy access to public transportation. Many food options were available nearby. The staff demonstrated amazing service. I found my room comfortable. The hotel provided a modern games room. I liked the rooftop terrace.
The toilet flush was quite loud. I could hear it from other rooms!

The room was spacious, and it included a small, convenient kitchenette. Coffee and cleaning products were readily available. The bathroom had nice toiletries and very soft towels, while the dressing area added extra space for family.

I had access to coffee and tea throughout the day on the top floor. A 24-hour diner was located within a half block, and it offered great food at reasonable prices, very convenient for late-night cravings.

The staff were friendly and very helpful . Reception and concierge provided professional assistance and useful information for navigating the area. The team.

The location was near shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the Powell Street BART station, this provided a direct route from the airport. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around.

loud toilet significant gap
I was annoyed by a couple of issues. The toilet was very loud , and you could hear it flushing from other rooms too. I also noticed a significant gap under the door , which allowed a lot of street noise to enter the room.
